Terms and Agreements
Purchasing items:
Please do not make a purchase if you have no intention of following the terms, which include paying for item within 5 days to pay via personal check or money order.
I ONLY SHIP WITH IN THE USA. "NO EXCEPTIONS"!
There is NO WARRANTY expressed or implied in any way, shape, or form.
Shipping & Handling:
Shipping charges cover actual postal fees. Handling charges cover the cost of labor, packaging materials and mileage. Shipping is done Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday only. After payment is received item will ship out with in 4 days. Buyer is responsible for additional costs if other shipping methods and services are desired (i.e. delivery confirmation, insurance) and must contact me FIRST to receive correct invoice amount prior to payment.
Payment:
I only accept Personal Checks and Money Orders as method of method of payment.
All sales are final :
Unless grossly misrepresented by me. Due to different computer monitors items may appear different in color, which is why I include as many pictures as possible and or describe the item to my best ability. If that is the case, please email me within 3 days to work things out in a way that is mutually beneficial to both of us. If a refund occurs, it will be via the same method of payment used to pay for your auction.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL; so please read the item description, email any questions before buying and review the photo carefully prior to purchasing!
Apology:
I some of the things I have stated above sound very harsh, but I have learned many lessons being an "eBay" seller also and the one thing that stands out is that unless I am specific, it will cost me (the fees, my personal time, etc). I consistently answer any and all questions that are asked during and at the completion of the auction, so PLEASE feel free to ask anything so that all transactions go smoothly and everyone comes away with a positive experience.
